To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations.  * Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of the total appointment fee.  * No-shows (missed appointments without prior notification) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note: This policy applies to all services. We may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of severe illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via text or phone call. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. If greater than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment time and will be charged for the cost of your service.
