Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations.
* Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of the total appointment fee.
* No-shows (missed appointments without prior notification) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. If greater than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment time and will be charged for the cost of your service.
